Joseph S. Conwell, Managing Director

Joseph Conwell is Managing Director and one of the founding partners of GPX Realty Partners, L.P., the real estate division of GPX Enterprises, L.P. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of GPX Realty Partners, and is a member of the Real Estate Investment Committee.

Prior to joining GPX Realty Partners, Mr. Conwell accumulated more than twenty years of diverse experience in the real estate industry. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of the Markward Group, a real estate management and development company based in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to that, as Vice President of CBRE, Inc. (and Insignia ESG prior to its acquisition by CBRE), he completed many significant real estate transactions with companies such as: AIG Insurance, Liberty Property Trust, Comcast Corporation, Glaxo Smithkline, Quest Diagnostics, AMETEK, Equity Office, Mack Cali, and Tower Realty.

Additionally, Mr. Conwell served as Vice President of Asset Management at Pennswood Property Company, where he was responsible for all aspects of operating and financing a diverse investment portfolio including office, industrial, multi-family, and other properties.

Prior to embarking on his successful real estate career, Mr. Conwell enjoyed a five-year professional football career with the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL and Philadelphia Stars of the USFL.
