Christine Feret brings over twenty years of property management experience to her role of Commercial Property Manager with GPX Realty Partners, LP. Ms. Feret is currently responsible for the management and leasing of GPX’s University Office Plaza in Newark, Delaware.
On the residential front, her responsibilities include the daily operations of both Concord Courts and Fairmount Terrace Apartment Homes, which represents 246 units.
